Dr. Joseph T. Martorano, a nationally recognized authority on the clinical treatment of PMS, has been actively treating the disorder for over twelve years. Dr. Martorano has been on the faculty of three major teaching hospitals in New York, is an expert in psychopharmacology, and has been in private practice in psychiatry in New York for over twenty-five years. A co-founder of PMS Medical, he is the group's medical director.
Maureen Morgan, a registered nurseand a psychiatric social worker, originally helped co-found PMS Medical in New York City. In addition to her work with women with PMS, she is a psychotherapist with practices in New York and Westchester. She has helped develop innovative procedures to improve PMS treatment.
