About the Author
Yrma Rico, one of seven children of migrant farmworkers, helped found Entravision, a $425 million communications company that reaches 80% of U.S. Latinos. After 25 years, Yrma moved to the auto industry. She is now CEO and President of Weber BMW in Fresno, California.
Nancy Garascia is a journalist and writing instructor, with 20 years' experience writing about business and leadership. She has an MBA from Northwestern University and has won 13 national awards from the National Federation of Press Women.
