Synopsis
Digging all day in the hot sun is a harsh life for Coriko and Pippa, but at least they ve got each other. At night in their cell, they talk of nothing but Outside and what they remember of their lives before capture. When a group of strange diggers arrives in Grassland, Coriko and Pippa wonder what it all means. A mysterious new threat is on the horizon and even their masked guards are frightened. A war is mounting, but will it become an opportunity for freedom, or the cause of their destruction? Can Coriko, Pippa and the other enslaved children escape?
