Currently, he is serving as a United States ASTM representative to the International Standards Organization Subcommittee on Source Monitoring, and as Chairman of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Committee on Ambient Atmospheres and Source Emissions. He has authored numerous manuals, studies, reports, and technical papers on CEM systems and related subjects.
