Synopsis
One of the first modern regional mysteries, this novel introduced the low key private eye, Albert Samson. Published in 1971, the book was the first of more than a dozen mysteries set by the author in Indianapolis, the most recent being in 2008. Ask the Right Question gave him the first of his three Edgar nominations. He's also received a Mystery Masters Award, a Raymond Chandler Society award and a Maltese Falcon Society award. The Samson novels have been published in a dozen countries.

About the Author
Michael Z. Lewin grew up in Indianapolis and has set most of his twenty novels there. He's also written awardwinning short stories as well as various forms of drama. He currently lives in England but visits Indy every year. His chatty website is www.MichaelZLewin.com.
