Kindergarten-Grade 2-Five children think of different ways to sort their 10 pets in preparation for a cat show. As the animals are divided up by various criteria (e.g., size, those with stripes and those without, eye color), different combinations of numbers that add up to 10 are presented. In the end, all of the felines take off after a mouse with their owners in pursuit. Lively full-color cartoons illustrate the action. An additional purchase where math concept books are in demand.
