OUTBREAK
The innocent die first. A boy in rural Washington State. A girl in Macon, Georgia. Their skin blistered. Their nervous systems fried. Their hopes of recovery: none.
OUTRAGE
The most sophisticated laboratories in the world soon discover the horrifying truth: the virus is man-made. What they must race to learn is why this microbe, called a replicator, was specifically created for a human host. The replicator enters cells, kills them, duplicates, and moves on . . . to another host. And twelve cases today will be thirty thousand tomorrow--a replicator run that will put the entire United States at risk for destruction.
OUTRUN
Devin Parks is a reporter on the edge. Since his marriage crashed, chasing news seems pointless . . . until he realizes the devastating consequences of the outbreak. Suddenly, here is a story worth caring about. As Parks searches desperately for the man responsible for the outbreak, he uncovers a conspiracy that reaches from a luxurious corporate boardroom to the Sudan, from the mysteries of microbiology to an assassin's brutal art. But nothing he finds prepares him for a cure that may just be worse than the disease. . . .
