God of the Labyrinth is the last of the Gerard Sorme trilogy, and the best. It describes an author's search for background to his new book about the life of an 18th century Irish rake. During the search the reader is gradually acquainted with the subject of Gerard's search, beginning with his raunchy lifestyle, followed by his increasing involvement in an occult organisation. Past and present eventually come together in an exciting last chapter. This book is highly recommended for it's easy read, it's gripping page-turning nature, it's interesting approach to narrative & for its positive mood, which envelops the reader.
