Reviews

The Malcolm women of England are known for their supernatural gifts, and Felicity is no exception. Blessed with a touch that leads to visions, she is able to see and feel a person's emotions, but her visions exhaust her so much that she lives in fear of being touched. When she learns that there may be a cure for her gift, she travels to Scotland with her aura-seeing sister, Christina. There they meet up with their handsome and stubborn brother-in-law, Ewen. When Felicity touches Ewen, she realizes that there is something about him that calms and balances her, and Ewen is drawn to Felicity's strength, intelligence, and gentle beauty. But when Felicity discovers that Ewen's business partners may be trying to frame him for a crime he didn't commit, she is forced to choose between living a normal, gift-free life and using her gift to save the man she loves. Rice's third enchanting book about the Malcolm sisters is truly spellbinding. Megan Kalan
