Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. VG. A trace of edgewear. Front wrap has a tiny scrape to fore-edge near bottom. Spine has rubbing with patchy loss to corners, and has faded somewhat from sunning, although title and author are still clearly legible. Insides of wraps are toned around the edges. Internally, no names, underlining, highlighting, marks, or dogears, but pages have some toning. Spine is uncreased. From the back cover: "Devastating and hilarious. one of the most egregious examples of institutional folly in recent business history" (Business Week); "As readable as it is enlightening, the book names names and affixes blame forthrightly. An outstanding case history of a major business failure." (Library Journal); and "The Harvard Business School had better add this to its case study curriculum -- or refund tuition." (New York Magazine). The author was an insider at Time, knew where all the bodies were buried, and told the world. Seller Inventory # 3219
