About the Author

Clinton Richardson is a partner in the corporate department of a major law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. He has represented entrepreneurs and investors in numerous venture financings. He has also assisted entrepreneurs, investors and underwriters in public offerings, private placements, leveraged buyouts, borrowings, licensings and other transactions. He is the author of many business law articles and is a founder and director of the Southern Capital Forum, a trade association for venture and private equity investors.
