About the Author

Rimas J. Orentas, PhD, is Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Section of Hematology-Oncology, and holds joint appointments in the Departments of Medicine and Microbiology and Molecular Genetics at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

James W. Hodge, PhD, is a Senior Scientist in the Laboratory of Tumor Immunology and Biology at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland.

Bryon D. Johnson, PhD, is Associate Professor in the Department ofPediatrics, Section of Hematology-Oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
