About the Author:

Patrick J. Conlan, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCSP, is a senior staff instructor and consultant with GlobalNet Training, Inc. Patrick spent ten years in the U.S. Navy as a communications technician and IT instructor, where he taught numerous courses ranging from basic computer networking to advanced IP system integration and design.
