The 1st edition of THE LEADER'S WINDOW was a natural outgrowth of our L4 System training and consulting with leaders from organizations of all sizes. Hearing their stories about their best and worst managers taught us unique conclusions about leadership that couldn't be found anywhere else. Participants in our training programs applauded, trainers wanted to be certified, and they all wanted to know how they could learn more about the Leader's Window--the endpoint of the system.

This 2nd edition also emerged from our work.
