About the Author

Also Professor in the university's Applied Physics Program, he has published four previous books, including Physics of Semiconductors and Their Heterostructures and Optoelectronics: An Introduction to Materials and Devices. Dr. Singh's research interests include semiconductor materials and their devices for information processing.
