About the Author

DANIEL J. BERG, Chief Technology Officer for the U.S. Reseller Channel of Sun Microsystems, and J. STEVEN FRITZINGER a Java Technologist also with Sun, have spent the last two and a half years designing and implementing large enterprise Java applications. The authors have presented Java topics at many national and international conferences. Along with Berg and Fritzinger, several other Java experts from Sun have contributed significantly to this book.
