REMOTE SENSING for the Earth Sciences
Remote Sensing for the Earth Sciences is a comprehensive, up-to-date resource for geologists, geophysicists, and all earth scientists. The second section on data analysis is devoted to procedures used in information extraction and techniques used in the visual display of data, particularly in the integration of various geospatial data. About the Author
ANDREW N. RENCZ, PhD, is a research scientist at the Geological Survey of Canada and an adjunct professor at Carleton University, where he has taught remote sensing for over ten years. He is a project leader on several Canadian and international geoscience studies in remote sensing, and he has produced over 100 publications related to the earth sciences.
