About the Author

NEIL J. BOUCHER is the founder of DNA Communications, an Australia-based cellular consulting firm. He is the author of over 60 technical papers on cellular radio, several professional books, including The Trunked Radio and Enhanced PMR Radio Handbook, The Paging Technology Handbook, and The User's Guide to Cellular Radio, and "Cellular Engineer and Mobiles Engineer," a comprehensive Windows(r)-based cellular software package for cellular design.
