About the author MICHAEL H. BRACKETT is the Data Resource Coordinator for the State of Washington’s Department of information Services. He is a well-known author and speaker on data design and modeling. He has lectured for the Data Resource Management Association (DRMA) and the University of Washington certificate program in data resource management. He has written articles for Database Programming & Design, Data Base Management, and Data Resource Management. Michael Brackett is listed in Who’s Who in the West and Who’s Who in Education.
