About the Author

Raj Pandya, PhD, has taught undergraduate and graduate courses on communications engineering in India and Canada. After working in the Systems Engineering Division of Bell-Northern Research and Nortel Networks for over twenty years, Dr. Pandya is now a consultant on mobile communications.
