This study is based on the author's sessions with clients and workbook on stress management. Its premise is that stress is caused by inaccurate thinking and that people do not necessarily have to change their lives to manage stress. Rather, they need to learn to manage their thinking and alter erroneous beliefs instead of their environment. The book looks at managing moods, since this can be a contributor to stress, and also provides information on what types of physical exercise and diet can be used to relieve stress.
