About the Author
ARSHAD HUSSAIN, PhD, is a researcher in Multi Service Access (MSA) Architecture and Optical Technology Design and Engineering organization at AT&T Labs. The organization is responsible for architecture and engineering of all access technologies including Wireless and Wireline services. He also teaches RF engineering for wireless systems at the Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.
