About the Author:

Vicki M. Lambert, CPP (certified payroll professional),is a respected consultant, lecturer, and author of many booksand articles. She lectures extensively throughout the United Stateson payroll administration and compliance issues for clients thathave included Automatic Data Processing, CCH Incorporated, CeridianEmployer Services, and The Employer Group. She conceived of,created the teaching materials, and coordinated the program for thecertificate in Payroll Practice and Management offered atseveral universities nationwide. Lambert has been a guestlecturer at the American Payroll Association Annual Symposiumand the American Society for Payroll Management Forum andTrade Show, among others. She has written articles for thePayroll Practitioner’s Monthly State Tax Alert (IOMA),The Payroll Advisor (Aspen), California PayrollCompliance Report (ProPub) and Wage-Hour ComplianceReport (ProPub), and she is a monthly contributingeditor for the Payroll Practitioner’s Monthly (IOMA).
