Review:

"deals with the more benign resistant disorders such as dependentpersonality disorder.... excellent examples of the Millonianwriting style that will be familiar to his manyreaders...highly structured, well organized, yet quitereadable, offering well-reasoned logic as well as wonderful caseexamples. The descriptions of the various personality disorders andtheir subtypes must compete for the absolute best characterizationsof those disorders available in the clinical literature....finework that will engage the reader into process-oriented clinicalsupervision for the most difficult patients. In our view, they makea major contribution to the treatment planning ofcharacter-disordered adolescents and adults."(PsycCRITIQUES, 7/30/08)

"Miller and Grossman summarize the logistics of personalizedpsychotherapy in the introduction to their book then proceed todemonstrate the usefulness of Personalized Therapy applicable tothe different personality patterns. The text is complemented bygraphs and tabulations." (The Pediatric Neuropsychologist;8/07)
