Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. In a blue laminated hardcover with white titles to spine and front. No dust jacket. 608 pp. The book is in very good condition. There is very minor shelf-wear to the extremities of the cover and the spine is lightly sunned. The binding is tight. There is a liquid spill mark to most of the bottom corner of the book, only visible on page faces from after the index to the end paste down. There are two very small marks to the fore edge.
