Combines a comparison of popular computer algebra systems. Divided into three sections, it begins by detailing the facilities offered by these systems and features tables which summarize the abilities of the systems to perform. The middle section is comprised of case studies which demonstrate how computer algebra systems are used in practice, plus highlights several differences between the various systems. Finally, an annotated bibliography of books and papers on this subject will prove tremendously useful to the reader.
