DR STEPHEN BULL is an independent sport and business psychology consultant. He is a former section chair, and now Fellow, of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences. He is Chair of the England and Wales Cricket Board Science and Medicine Advisory Group and a World Class Adviser for Sport England. In addition to his many papers in journals and scientific proceedings, Dr Bull has published four other books on applied sports psychology including Sport Psychology: A self-help guide and The Mental Game Plan: Getting psyched for sport. His expertise in adherence has been acquired through many years of research in addition to consultancy with numerous professional athletes and teams including the England Cricket Team, the British Ski Team and the 1994 and 2000 Great Britain Olympic Teams.
