She founded The Better Boss Project based on years of experience working with leaders at all levels and a desire to change organizations by helping people become better bosses – of others and themselves. Previously, she worked in three divisions of Goldman Sachs, managed a TV station, and was COO of an all-virtual international marketing company. She counsels a range of Fortune 1000 companies, startups, entrepreneurs, universities, and non-profits across multiple industries. In addition to decades of hard-earned corporate leadership stripes, Shani is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle 360 Profile and Leadership Culture Survey, and graduate of the Co-Active® Leadership Program.
