"Horizons is a well-rounded program which does a good job of balancing communication and mechanics in language learning."
"...I like the general organization of the book, the presentation, the modernity of the characters and the stories. I also like the scope and sequence and the student activities is absolutely great. I would add that it's very student friendly and that it can also be easily used at home. I would say it's a good learning tool with of lot of possibilities for each type of learners."
"Horizons is a very thorough, interactive program with ample opportunities for different types of learners. The activities are relevant and the exercises are repetitive enough to ensure acquisition of the French language at the introductory level."
"Horizons is well-contextualized. It features a wide variety of Francophone areas and cultural information, which is increasingly important in our world today."
