About the Author
Scott Skinner is the founder of The Drachen Foundation, an international organization that supports the study and exhibition of kites. Tal Streeter is an expert on the subject and the author of The Art of the Japanese Kite (1974). Masaaki Modegi is the founder of the Tokyo Kite Museum, and Tsutomu Hiroi is an authority on contemporary Japanese kite making.
