Synopsis
When New York's Mayor Bradley withdrew his bid for re-election, it left the field open for Amanda Mellis and her opponent Fullerton Mack. It was a go-for-the-jugular campaign. But Amanda was bludgeoned to death, and Lieutenant Bud Dugan was called into action to find the murderer before the lid blew off the racially divided city.
