About the Author
Deepak Chopra, M.D. is known to millions from his appearances on "Oprah," "Phil Donahue," NBC's "Hour Magazine," "CBS This Morning," and "The Larry King Radio Show." His bestselling books include Quantum Healing, Perfect Health, Unconditional Life, and Ageless Body, Timeless Mind.
A practicing endocrinologist since 1971, Dr. Chopra is the former Chief of Staff at New England Memorial Hospital and has taught at Tufts and Boston Universities' schools of medicine. He is executive director of the Sharp Institute for Human Potential and Mind/Body Medicine, a member of the National Institutes of Health ad hoc panel on Alternative Medicine and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Longevity.
