Carol Orsborn is the founder of Overachievers Anonymous. Her previous books include How Would Confucius Ask for a Raise? and Inner Excellence. She has led hundreds of problem-solving workshops for major corporate clients, including Prudential  Life  Insurance and Apple  computers.
