Synopsis

About the Authors
T. Y. Euliano is Associate Professor of Anesthesiology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Associate Chair for Education, Residency Program Director, Department of Anesthesiology, University of Florida College of Medicine, USA.
The late J. S. Gravenstein was the founder and a long-time faculty member of the Department of Anesthesiology, University of Florida College of Medicine, USA.
Nikolaus Gravenstein is the Jerome H. Modell Professor of Anesthesiology and Professor, Department of Neurosurgery, University of Florida College of Medicine, and Professor of Periodontology, University of Florida College of Dentistry, USA.
