Martin Reite, M.D., is Director of the University Insomnia and Sleep Disorders Clinic and Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. John Ruddy, M.D., is Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and Staff Physician at the National Jewish Medical and Research Center, both in Denver, Colorado; Diplomat with the American Board of Internal Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota.
