About the Author
Marybeth Kravets, MA, is the President of Marybeth Kravets & Associates LLC, providing educational and college consulting to students with and without learning differences, and is also the Director of College Counseling at Wolcott School in Chicago, Illinois. She is a former president of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC).
Imy F. Wax, MS, is a licensed psychotherapist and founder of the Aspire Group, a therapeutic and educational consulting practice specializing in college placement and college alternatives, boarding schools, therapeutic schools and programs, and summer and gap-year opportunities.
