About the Author
Jerry L. Harbour is manager of Operations Analysis for the engineering and contracting firm Mason Hanger-Silas Mason Co., Inc. He has extensive experience in a variety of domestic and international industrial settings in process analysis and reengineering, working in both consulting and training capacities. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Behavioral Studies from Oklahoma State University.
