Arthur G. Tweet, Ph.D., a pioneer in the field of benchmarking, has over 25 years experience and was a principal founder of the Xerox Benchmarking Process. He also led the Xerox team that won the Baldrige Award in 1989 and is an examiner for the New York State Excelsior Award. His consulting firm, CQI Associates, specializes in the healthcare sector.

Karol Gavin-Marciano is chief supervisor of the blood bank at Strong Memorial Hospital located at the University of Rochester.
