John Path the hero of Beneath My Wings learns early in life that he has a special affinity with animals,in fact he soon learns he is able to converse with each and every animal.When John is struck down with Polio and becomes wheelchair bound he feels at a loss,but it is only when he befriends an Eagle he names Swift that he gains the strength to face the world and its ups and downs.This is a remarkable story of a bond between man and animal and is especially pertinent in these days of uncertainty. This is a short coffee book of only eighteen pages and may be good to read on the train or during your break?.Even though it is short is has hidden qualities that possibly only animal lovers can understand.It was the very first book I wrote which gave me the inspiration to carry on writing and today I not only have a series of fictional crime but also two books of historical fiction.So to all of those would be authors and writers who enjoy their trade,never ever give up doing what you like doing and that's writing.
