James K Luchs, Esq. received his B.S. from Bloomsburg State Teachers College in 1954. Over the next ten years, the author earned his master's degree and Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. In 1982, Dr. Luchs earned his J.D. from Rutgers Newark Law School. Employed as a patent attorney, the author has been published in many scholarly journals. He also has over 500 patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other contracts to his credit over forty years. Dr. Luchs is married with six grown children and his hobbies include golf, swimming, and gardening.
