Review:
"Dr. Zastrow has a gift for exciting students . . . On clarity, organization, and use of language, Dr. Zastrow is a master in these areas. In describing this text to my colleagues, I would point out the broad range of material covered and emphasize the "student-friendly" nature of the text, as well as the ease with which courses can be organized using the text."

"The revised manuscript is even better suited to my needs. The author has responded to my previous concerns in such a way that I am now planning to adopt the textbook for my methods courses. . . . My congratulations to the author for successfully updating the text. I am impressed by both the quantity and quality of the work."
