The contents of the various chapters is very good. The writing is concise and clear. The use of numerical examples is necessary for the intended audience. I would definitely use this book for some of my executive education courses. Artur Raviv, Northwestern University
I'd mainly consider this book for a long-term (weeks) executive education course. Thus, I view such a book as adding take-home value when executives return to their enterprises and look up a concept or technique to refresh their memories. John Boquist, Indiana University
(re: Chapter 5) This is an excellent chapter. The authors have done an excellent job in relating firm activities and the associated impact on firm performance. If I adopt the book it will be in part due to this chapter. Excellent examples. Michael Mazzeo, Michigan State University
