Synopsis
When Mark Duncan, a veteran of the Falklands war and now working for the intelligence arm of the SAS, is suddenly pulled out of an important operation in Northern Ireland,there has to be a good reason. His close friend and one-time comrade-in-arms, Victor Oldenburg, has been kidnapped while checking out the arrangements for a planned royal visit to the Soviet Union. About the Author
Eddy Shah started out as a writer but was sidetracked into various business enterprises. As the founder of a group of provincial newspapers, he rapidly became one of Britain's most successful entrepreneurs. He founded Today, Britain's first all-colour daily paper, but sold his interest in newspapers in order to return to writing.
