Reviews

The twins are off on an exchange program to France. They meet rich and handsome boys in Cannes, and Jess steals the one that Liz captured first. Their hostess' son is rude to them because of a long buried resentment against his American father who left the family. Sweet Liz helps him solve this problem, and he overcomes his water phobia and saves Jess from drowning in a furious storm. Once again, the deus ex machina ending ties things up neatly, if improbably, and they meet more handsome rich boys in a week than a normal person could meet in a lifetime.
