This sprightly tome covers ways to achieve a beautiful body, including detoxifying, exfoliating, moisturizing, and using herbal wraps. The book has a mouth-watering rundown on great American spas and a chapter on all the popular cures for cellulite--what works and what doesn't. Some of the ideas, such as visualizing oneself as "youthing" rather than aging, may seem a bit off the wall, but the book also gets into areas of more tangible results, such as liposuction and breast lifts. Even though everything here can be found elsewhere, this is nicely done, and inexpensive. Public libraries may want to consider.
