About the Author
Angela Nilsen is a former food writer with the Vancouver Sun and former food editor of BBC Good Food magazine. Her titles include Cakes and Cake Decorating and Cake Decorating Step-by-Step, and she is the coauthor of 21st Century Cook. She won the Guild of Food Writers’ Cookery Journalist of the Year award for her Ultimate series in Good Food magazine as well as the Glenfiddich Cookery Writer Award. Raymond Blanc is the author of Simple French Cookery.
