Tony Page is a forty-something management consultant wrestling with the conflicting demands of a growing business and a growing family. For three years he kept a diary to which he confided his hopes and fears, his triumphs and setbacks. With painful honesty he analysed his working and business relationships as he strove to add value to his clients' businesses and to improve his own ability. The diary captures a personal journey and by including further commentary, analysis and exercises, Tony Page both attempts to challenge the reader and emphasize the human component in managing change. This account may appeal to anyone concerned with business performance improvement , change and learning.
