About the Author
Victor Newman is Senior Lecturer and Head of Organizational Development Consulting at the CIM Institute, Cranfield University. He developed the Creating Effective Solutions workshop programme for Coopers and Lybrand and has written widely on change management, teamworking and business transformation.
