About the Author

Thomas Dunker was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has lived in New York City, Atlanta, Dallas, San Francisco, Napa Valley, Scottsdale, Portland, and now lives in Sedona, Arizona. Before becoming a writer and artist, his professional life was dedicated to helping big food companies with marketing research for thirty-five years as the President/CEO of Thomas Dunker & Associates, Inc. He still provides consulting services in special circumstances.
 
His newest book That's Not Food! exposes the tricks big food corporations use in the selling of their sugar laden products to unwary consumers. He is hoping this book will change the way America eats and believes that Americans will change because no one likes being tricked. He tells everyone, sugar is the enemy!

In the future, most of his clients will be small companies trying to do the right thing by focusing on healthy and natural food products.
 
He is also an artist. Thomas paints under the name Tomaso DiTomaso. Most recently his work is committed to creating greater awareness for the better treatment of animals through themed mixed media paintings that clearly communicate how important animals are to the life and richness of the planet.
