Review:
From Joseph E. Badger for the California Association of Accident Reconstructionists Newsletter, December 2013:

"I've reviewed hundreds of accident report narratives and the detailed results of complete investigations.
Owing to copious misspellings, terrible grammar, and lousy sentence structure, I nearly wept and wondered why someone doesn't write a book specifically for criminal justice report writing....Guess what.
Someone did.
She is Jean Reynolds, Ph.D. Her 221-page book is titled Criminal Justice Report Writing. It will definitely help you with your writing skills."

Review by Mark Gallo for Reference Points: The Journal of the Michigan Association of Traffic Accident Investigators, December 2013:
"...a good text for use in the academy. It could also serve as a valuable reference for experienced investigators who want to improve their writing (a group which should include all of us)....I taught field note-taking and report writing for ten years, off and on, at the Oakland Police Academy. If this book had been available back then, I would have used it."

I have read the ebook version and found it quite an excellent text. In the program I teach, the range of interest is from Security Guard to Police or correctional officer and everything in between. The manner that you have presented the material lends itself to use at any level of knowledge and experience. You have zeroed in on specifics where needed with good illustrations of what success in report writing looks and feels like.I would recommend if to anyone from a beginner to a seasoned officer. Michael Kirk, Lead Instructor, Law Enforcement Foundations, Everest College, Canada.
